I'll use the cream sporadically with little rashes but just recently my daughter had a reaction on her skin that caused a big rash. Along with extra baths and diaper changes to keep the area dry, the cream helped clear up her rash in a day and a half!! I feel good as a parent knowing im using a trustworthy product that is safe and works quickly. The tube is a perfect size and I love that the lid flips open (no run-away lids!!). I have to admit that I got into poison ivy a couple weeks ago and didnt have a typical itch cream on hand.
