The Falcon pans look just like Jamie's. **Q: Does this type of bakeware make nice looking cookies, and can you usesteel utensils on it, or should utensils be plastic?** A: This is only my opinion, but I have been using enamel cookware all my life. Steel is OK with it, but try not to scratch. Plastic gives off toxins from heat --or so I think, so I tend not to use it. Cookies are usually made on a cookie sheet--maybe the high sides of this pan are not appropriate for cookie making. If you have no other pan, try it.
