This product is NOT waterproof. Maybe water resistant. The third time we took our dog swimming with this collar it completely stopped working. It worked fine before that although we had to have the shock set at 85 for our 50lbs dog to even react and that was after shaving a spot on his neck. It also has to be charged after every use and even with no use seems to die after 10 hours or so that is with a completely charged battery. Very disappointed with the preformance of this product.

Our neighbors are happy and we only have to use the beep sound option! I’ve used the vibrate twice and haven’t even had to use the shock! I really didn’t want to hurt her so I’m very relieved. We have a huge yard and our hound was running away from me and barking at neighbors aggressively all day. We thought she would cool down on her own but she never did and this is a great alternative to keeping her indoors more often.

This is my second similar collar and both of them broke within a short period of time. Fortunately my dog is smart so all I have to do now is show him the controller and he gets it. Hope your dog is as smart if you buy this short-lived device.

I only give this one star because it malfunctioned and shocked my dog repeatedly. The poor thing was cowering in the corner and peed all over himself before I realized what was happening.

This is the second collar we have tried, and I wish we would have purchased this one first. I love how the buttons are all individual. Battery last forever. And the light feature on both the remote and collar are great.

Stopped working after 3 mos. The transmitter would literally need to be charged every day for it to work. Not work the money

Works good. Not the strongest power spike but otherwise works good

Well it’s easy to use, but the power button on the collar turns off. It’s very easy to push and shouldn’t be!!
