I needed this sooner! Great as cell phone tripod with remote for steady shots!
I recently went on vacation where I used my cell phone quite extensively to take videos and photos. I enjoy hyperlapse videography but found it tiring holding the camera steady for a few minutes for a video that only lasted a few seconds. I am better prepared for such things now after ordering the "Wevon Selfie Stick Tripod with Wireless Remote Shutter Release". I had purchased a similar product from a local store but was disappointed that it did not have a mount for the camera as advertised, which was why I went with Wevon. The "Wevon Selfie Stick Tripod" was ready to go within a few minutes of unboxing and pairing the remote shutter release with my phone. I am not a fan of selfies but I took a few with the remote shutter release, which looked better than holding out a camera, to include with a selfie stick. Shortly after my purchase, I took the "Wevon Selfie Stick Tripod" out to two local parks and was quite pleased with the results. I would have to reformat the videos to upload them, but here are some sample images while using the Wevon as a tripod with the remote shutter release. I came across a snapping turtle sunning itself and I used the Wevon as a selfie stick to get some closeup footage and photos without being too intrusive.In summary, I am very pleased with the "Wevon Selfie Stick Tripod with Wireless Remote Shutter Release". Oh, and I love the fact that the remote shutter release is rechargeable via USB and how it snaps to the base of the tripod legs.

When I play violin My mom play piano I always want find something can make the video or take the pictures, is hard before because always need other people help , when I find this I just love it , I can take pictures and videos by myself , when I going to travel I can hold it in my hands to take the video and pictures with family or friends, I’m lucky I find this so I can take pictures and videos easy, also I love it omg no so heavy!! When I try use it to take pictures, is really really light !!

Best selfie Stick for far....
This selfie stick is awesome, durable and very well made. I love the fact that it has a little remote, that it extends, and video looks nice and stable when walking with it. I'd highly recommend it. I took a good video and picture with our family. The little remote also can take it to anywhere for selfie. I love it and Enjoy!

Multifunctional selfie
Can’t say enough about this selfie stick. First of all, my wife loves taking selfies, the stick can extend to a longer length than other selfie sticks we had, so she’s happy. The tripod allows us to watch shows or YouTube videos anywhere, especially when we are away in a hotel, don’t need to set your phone on dirty surface. Last but not least, group photos! It allows us to take group photos without asking another human beings help. Will recommend.

plan to use to take selfie with cherry blossom
I went to Italy with a friend of mine last year. She had a selfie stick which could be used as a tripod. It was pretty good and we took some really nice pictures. That's why I was trying to look for something similar. This selfie stick is light but sturdy. Very easy to set up. I am satisfied with it. Since the cherry blossom season is coming, I'm gonna use it a lot.

Would not recommend.
The principal of the design has well meaning, but it does not suffice. It’s light, but also flimsy. The phone mount is too small to use with a case, and while using my naked iPhone XR in it my phone slowly slips out of mount. When fully extended the mount is very unstable. The Bluetooth button is a nice feature but it disconnects within in minutes, making me turn it off and back in to reconnect. I am only an occasional user and it’s been too frustrating. I would not recommend this.

Everything but security
Yes, it's true that the selfie tripod stick is sturdy, and yes its easy to use, and yes the remote control works perfectly well with the phone(connected via bluetooth). However, the problem is the device that holds the phone does not provide a sure fit. I took it on a 2 week vacation to Bali and only used it once because I knew it would fall and the monkeys in the monkey forest would run off with it.😫😫😫😫
