LOVE THIS! So I have to say, I have fallen in love with this electric LED “fireplace”. What lead me to purchase this was not only the great price but, the concept behind it. We have a toddler who loves to explore, so far, he has been mesmerized by the “fireplace”’.The delivery was prompt. The box was well put together, not like it was mishandled. We were not sure when it was going to arrive but, it came the first day of the delivery window. Which was a bonus, we had just made the space ready for it.I am not a technical person but, my husband is. He was able to get everything set up within one hour. It would have been faster if our toddler didn’t insist on helping. The instructions were easy to read and easy to understand. I was able to help my husband with the instillation.I enjoyed the heater elements. I am glad the heater is higher up, so I can be at ease, my son’s little fingers can’t get into it. I know my husband likes the sleek design, it makes our living space look more modern.We sat around just playing with the lighting options. Especially with the cute “crystals”, it created a fun lighting effect. I look forward to changing things up during the holidays. My son however, keeps trying to steal the remote, so I hope not to lose the remote. I like the buttons on the “fireplace’, just in case something does happen.

Wow! We love this fireplace. We had to get an electrician to install it, because we needed another outlet, and also the instructions about the glass front were a bit intimidating, but the electrician did a great job, and we've been using the fireplace for a week. We really enjoy the colors, the flame effects, and when we need a little extra heat, this fireplace is capable. We live in Southern California, so the heating need is minimal. We decided we were tired of the mess of burning real logs or composite logs, having to clean out the ashes, and so forth. We saw similar electric fireplaces in friends' houses, and decided to get this one. It's just exactly what we wanted. Beautiful, tidy and easy to operate. The remote works well.

Just finished construction on my basement. Plugged in my awesome (so I thought) bar fireplace on its custom shelf. Worked for 30 minutes and then wouldn’t turn back on. Past the 30’day window to return. Now I get to find someone who can “maybe” fix my $450 pretend Fire-place.

This is the most beautiful and multifunctional fireplace I found after a year of searching this site and others. Visual effects are breathtaking, color options/combinations are insanely cool. Heater is awesome.. different settings for that as well. Love that you can have whichever lighting combinations you want, even in the summer w/ the heater off. Best purchase in a long, long time.

Very nice! Have had it nearly 2 months. Very versatile, especially considering the price! 5 color settings settings for both the "coals" and the flames (I have red coals with blended blue, red, and white flames, which looks most real to me), brightness settings ( from dying embers to blazing hot), and speed settings for the flames). Additionally, you have 3 heat settings, high, low, and off), and you can "lock" the heat button from inquisitive little fingers. You can mount on the wall, inset into a mounting, or set independently on a stand. I have mine on a raised stand in my bedroom, under a modern glass table, so I can watch the flames from my bed. Throw in a wood-scent candle, and a youtube "crackling flame" soundtrack (some last 8 hours!), and voila! I have an independent heat source, so I haven't yet had to rely on it as a heater, but sometimes I'll open a window for fresh air, and it's been enough so far in the Fall to compensate! For the price, compared with others, it's been great! 2 minor quibbles: 1) It's begun making a very faint moaning noise, as if the mechanism might need lubrication. This may be because it's still new, and it might "wear in", and disappear. I can only hear it when I'm very close, so it's not a bother, so far. 2) The control lights on the side of the unit are very bright, and I haven't found a way to shut them off while the unit is in operation. These can be annoying if the rest of the room is dark. These minor complaints are why I didn't give 5 stars. If I can figure out how to solve them, then 5 stars for sure!

THIS THING IS BEAUTIFUL. SO MANY DIFFERENT COLOR SETTINGS. MULTIPLE DIFFERENT SHELLS OR ACCENTS TO PUT IN THE FRONT THAT LOOK SO PRETTY WITH THE DIFFERENT LIGHTING. IT PUTS OFF SOME NICE HEAT TOO. I REALLY AM HAPPY WITH THIS PURCHASE.

I like the unit. My husband installed it into the wall in our family room. It looks great but is a bit hard to understand the various buttons. The small power button has to be pushed and held to activate the heater. The remote that came with the unit was broken in two and we couldn't use it. I'm going to have to see if the manufacturer will send another.

I love this fireplace. It comes with so many color options and media kits. I was a little addicted to playing the colors when I first got the fireplace. I like that I can change the two colors and media kits according to my mood. It can be installed either on the wall like a TV, inside the wall or freestanding. I chose to install it on the wall. The price of this fireplace is very reasonable. I recommend it.

Would have preverred it to be a bit bigger as it is a lot smaller than the picture. Love the fact that you have a choice of heat or no heat. Grandkids loved the different colours and enjoyed watching it rather than the tv.

It is one of the best feature loaded fireplaces I have seen. I had some minor issues which were resolved by great Customer service.I tell and show it to all my friends. Also I ask Google Mini to "play Fireplace Sounds", so it is full immersion into fireplace experience.Note, that I have gas fireplace and also before had a wood fireplace. That one is so far most convenient to use.
