I have the same problem :)) i gave up. No success.I have a couple kinds of RJ45 caps. You slide the 8 wires in and the 8 prongs contact in one of 2 ways:► Parallel to wire - This gauge of wire is far too thin for the RJ45 cap I had, so the wires will not meet the prongs inside the cap.► Perpendicular to wire - Sleeves are too tough. The prongs just can't penetrate the individual sleeves.
