Broke within a month - the warranty card wasn’t filled out properly, so now I have to pay for it’s repair

Good watch, poor strap.
After the intial 'running in' the watch keeps exvellent time. What stops it getting 5 stars is that after only 9 months of use the strap is starting to fall to pieces. 10 out of 10 for the watch, 2 out of 10 for the strap.
