nahdeh Copper Compression Ankle Sleeve (Black, Medium)

I'm feeling less foot pain since I been using it can't be a coincidencePut it on after long workday and sleep with it in morning my feet feel refreshedI could hardly walk to the bathroom in the morning before I started wearing this!

Ordered a M based on manufacturer's sizing. Doesn't provide enough compression to be useful, as it's not tight enough around my foot. Probably should have ordered a size down.

Runs a bit small.

I have a bit of arthritis from an old sports injury so I purchased the brace in hopes it would relieve some discomfort from working out. I only wear it while exercising and my ankle feels 100% better!

Two issues............1. The one sent to me looks like it is made for the left ankle due to the way it has been designed. So is there a right foot compression sleeve?2. Little flimsy for my taste as I run difficult hiking trails so this might be good for walking around but for intense lateral movement over rocky terrain it might as well be a tight nylon sock.

The compression is not that great because it is a thin material while it might be copper infused it doesn't offer any support. And I selected 3-5 day shipping and didn't get it until almost 2 weeks later. The someone kept adjusting the shipping date on my tracking to make it seem like it was still on schedule. Not impressed by the product or the producer. Would not purchase again.
