Highly recommend! *by A***C on Reviewed in the United States on April 8, 2019* We had the traditional deadbolt lock and key in two of our rental properties. Going to the property every time a renter moves in or to schedule a cleaner or technician to go out and take care of property was adding a lot of driving back and forth. We installed these locks in both the properties and now it is a breeze to handle above mentioned situations. Additionally, we recently converted one of the properties to an Airbnb and the ease to handle the rotation of guests is outstanding with these locks. I don't ask them to download the app, I simply generate 'timed' codes for the length of their stay. Also, I generate timed codes for the cleaners and one time codes for the technicians, so I don't have to keep going to the property to let them in every time.The only reason why I gave it 4 stars is because it doesn't come with an in-built Wifi feature. One has to buy a gateway separately, which costs almost the same as lock, and it is NOT available in US (atleast I haven't been able to find it yet anywhere including on amazon). Due to this, the REMOTE lock/unlock feature or any other remote features that it talks about is only up to certain ft from the lock (2-10 ft), so not actually remote like from another town over the internet. For that one needs a gateway and they don't sell it here in US it seems. Which means one can ONLY generate codes remotely (like from another town) but one cannot delete or modify a generated code, cannot view entry logs, and cannot lock/unlock from phone app. One can only do that once at the property. I still highly recommend this lock because only generating codes remotely has made our lives much easier (and once I go to the property I refresh the entry logs or delete the codes I don't need) but I just thought to provide these down sides too so future buyers are informed.Also, one of the two locks came with a manufacturing defect (spring for battery was placed incorrectly) but amazon is in process of refund/replacement. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Lock! Easy to setup and use. *by K***N on Reviewed in the United States on April 29, 2019* I love this lock overall. I Rent a room to a person. I had them add this app to their smart phone. I granted access to them. I don't have to worry about keys being passed around or lost. If the renter moves out, just remove them from the app. I also have children coming home after school. This allows them to get in easy and not have a key to loose or a code to pass around.It even works on my Apple Watch. I don't have to get my phone out if my hands are full.The next great thing is that it locks automatically when you close the door.If I want to know who has come in the door, I can look at my app (master) and it shows who and when they unlocked the door.My only dislike, is that I haven't found a way to get this info to transmit to my smart home so I can track without being home yet. The company showed a bridge to Alexa, but I can't find the bridge. I may try a third party bridge. I will update if I find one that works. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just what I expected *by N***E on Reviewed in the United States on April 28, 2019* I am in love with my product works great and very easy to assemble, there is only one thing that they don't tell you about it is that you have to make an extra hole (Which is a very small one about 1/4 of an inch) in your door which for my had me doubting for a second as I live in an apartment and didn't want to pay for the door after I leave.
