No guideline
These are sturdy and will do the job, but I was hoping they had markings around them to guide me when trying to place on top of the cake to make sure I have it on evenly. I’ll have to measure and make with a sharpie

Great Product
At first I was going to return the cake circles, i thought they were going to be to small, not give me enough space around for frosting around my cake. But then I just decided to just go ahead and try them. After I baked my cake. (it shrank in pan) There was a good amount of space around cake for the frosting. Will buy again. Am thinking of getting some for my 10'' cakes.

Works well to ice cake...
They work well and enjoyed using them to ice my cake. Gave me smooth icing all around and nice edges on top!However, they could be a little cheaper as I bought the 8.5 size a little cheaper from a well known maker/supplier of these acrylic disks.

Sturdy and perfect size
Size is perfect however they seemed a little older as they were scratched up. Doesn’t matter to me since I’m just using as cake base but not a great way to receive a new product. They are sturdy though and do the job!

Perfect Product and Excellent Customer Service!
Received my first set with a small defect, but this seller went above and beyond to make it right and send a replacement ASAP (they reached out to me)! The new disks are perfect. I’ve used them twice already! The photos aren’t great but it’s because they are perfectly cut smooth-disks! Great quality, and excellent customer service you don’t see anymore. Highly recommend these!!!

Arrived chipped but usable
I bought 2 sets (6 and 8 inch) and both of the 8 inch discs were chipped when they arrived. I contacted the seller and was told I could return them but that wasn’t an option due to time constraints with my cake order so I kept them. As long as I’m careful to place the chipped edges facing down they work pretty good. No problems with the 6 inch size.

Pricey, but just what I needed
I have a 5-tier plant stand and one shelf broke. This was the exact size I needed and it fit perfectly. I would have replaced all of the selves, but cost was too high. But glad I found this!

too bad there's a nick
I also bought the 8 inch and it's impeccable. Dropped one star for this product because one had a nick on the disk. It's ok - its usable but once you put the cake on top, can't see it.

Perfect for sharp cake edges
Padded envelope was ripped on one end on arrival but both discs were still intact. Blue paper looks like it's part of the disc but have to peel it off both sides. They work great. Nice clean edge on cake
