Falls apart very easily
It worked awesome for the first few washes, however it has a very flimsy design. The mesh net for catching lint came off of the floating holder, which ok I put it back on but now it constantly falls apart. It was amazing until it fell apart after a few washes, so buyer beware this really doesn't hold up to any washer as mine is a mini washer without the power of a real one.

disappointed
This item arrived quickly and was packaged appropriately. It is exactly as pictured and is nice enough. However, I'm giving it only two stars because I just don't like it. It made so much noise in my very small portable machine, I was afraid all that knocking around would damage something. So, I took it out. It didn't float but spun around with everything else. I don't recommend it. Maybe it would work in something larger.

Not sure this is necessary
Was broken when I received it. I didn't bother to replace it. I used it as is did very little scoop out the lint in my washing machine. To be fair I have one of those portable units that does not agitate the closing in the circular manner as a traditional washing machine does.Perhaps that's why it doesn't seem to do very much for me.

Disappointing performance
Sadly, this product promptly broke on its first use. I put the plastic back together but the mesh bag tore on one side. Also, from the picture, I thought 3 were coming. I'll try another brand.

MUST HAVE FOR PORTABLE WASHERS! REALLY WORKS!
LOVE LOVE LOVE THESE Filters! I use 2 of them at the same time in my twin tub portable washing machine. Before these filters, everything was covered in lint & pet hair straight out of the wash. It was awful, even tho I do love my little washer & wouldn't trade it. Portable washers just don't have working filters! The twin tub kind say they do, but IMHO it's a lame joke. Now all that pet hair & lint goes right into these 2 little floating filters like magic! I didn't find any on the clean laundry even after washing a pet blanket. I thought they'd bang around & be loud, but they weren't. They were wrapped in laundry as it all tumbled around in the water & I didn't see how on earth they could work, but they really did! The lint easily comes out of them in one tight ball for tossing into the trash after all the wash is done. GREAT PRODUCT that REALLY WORKS!!!! Wish I'd gotten them when I got my little washer. One might work by itself , but if you have pets like I do, I suggest 2 just to be sure. I haven't tried just one yet tho.UPDATE: I still use these, still think they are indispensable in portable wahers, and really like them. There's one thing that is a problem tho. The sock starts coming off the plastic that holds it. After replacing it enough times, it just gets looser & looser. To fix that I got some extra strong quilting thread and stitched the sock onto the plastic. This does work, but eventually the thread gets so beat up in the washer over time that it comes apart and has to be restitched. Then I went to a clear thread called invisible thread. This feels like a piece of think plastic thread, but I don't know what it's made of. I got mine at WalMart. That lasted a long time and seems to work. I also got a metal sink strainer w/ small enough holes not to let lint & pet hair go down the drain. This also helps. I use just the drain strainer on things that aren't so hairy or linty. But for more linty or hairy things like towels or things my pets have rubbed on a lot, I use the Kittymouse Floating Machine Filters along with the drain screen in my sink's drain. The Kittymouse Filter helps take the lint/hair from the fabrics so they don't end up w/ so much for the dryer's vent to catch. I can see the difference, so I know it works well.

like many other Panda portable washer owners (i bot the newer 10lb capacity one) I find the panda washer does a good job at cleaning clothes EXCEPT for the lint that is left behind. Hence the purchase of this item, kittymouse. perhaps I received a defective one, but it broke during the 1st wash. bad kitty...I ordered a few different ones from china, (kittymouse was ordered thru amazon prime, definitely not worth the price at this point) hopefully they will work out better.

Set a Float for an Okay Product.
This Kittymouse Floating Wash product is all right. It does get the lint but could be more intense with all particles designed for it to absorb within the wash. I feel it's okay for the price and if needed a new one, I'd probably purchase another one from this company.

Terrible
The idea is good and seems like it works well... Got this to use in my Panda portable washer... But the quality is TERRIBLE. Usually I take 1 star reviews with a grain of salt and assume ppl exaggerate but geez seriously, after the first time I used this, in my small little washer I use for baby clothes, it started ripping. After 2 cycles it had to go in the trash. Needless to say I'm super disappointed and irritated.
