First the positives: After you get through construction it appears to be a pretty decent futon. It appears to be solid with no obvious weak points.The negavites:1. Missing parts - We were missing an allen wrench and two nuts. Fortunately, I had replacements in my tool chest. Still, whomever is doing QC there needs to sharpen up.2. Instructions - Poor, especially relating to which side is up on the boards. Would it be that hard to put a little sticker in place...or make it clear in the instructions?3. The Queen bed comes with a chain that is setup completely differently than the manual shows.4. Company support - None. There is no support information on the company's website. In fact, this style "cottage" doesn't appear there at all even though the unit was made in October of 2014 (four months ago). If you call you can't leave a message for sales or customer service because their voice mail boxes are full. If you send a message through their site...there's no response. There are no manual, videos or any information about assembly or parts on the site.5. There were several spots...none all that noticeable where the paint was done poorly.So, they may have a decent product that is marred by poor quality control and very bad instructions.

I wanted a "cottage" look in our sunroom, but also wanted extra sleeping area for guests. This futon is adorable and fulfilled the look I was hoping to achieve. It is quite large and looks better against a wall given the open panels on the back. The only drawback was the time and effort that it took to put it together. I suggest reading the instructions throughly a couple of times before you start, and you will definitely need at least two people to assist with construction.

This futon was the exact look I was going for. It was relatively easy to install. However, after just a month of use the back of the futon will not stay up in the "couch" position. There are no grooves for the bed to lock in to multiple positions. It just has a plastic piece that fits into a curved notch on the side arms. After just a little use the plastic piece has worn down so much that it won't stay up. Another initial complete that I could have lived with is the couch never went up as high as in the picture. It was always on a much bigger incline. Unfortunately, I'd stay away from this one.

Item arrived as expected. Got 3 boxes total. Delivery company lied about delivery problems and stated customer rescheduled delivery when in fact company requested a later delivery time. Futon went together very easy, just watch how you attach the bottom to the back, was a little hard. and don't tighten the rear sides all the way as you need space to put the back into the slots.

The chair is just lovely. Only thing, I failed to look at the bottom of the page where it said it did not include the mattress or cover. Otherwise the chair is very nice.

Love the chair. It absolutely takes two grown ups to assemble it. Seems to be very strong and it is larger than I imagined when I ordered it. Seems to be top quality. A bit of trouble to order the frame, mattress and cover all separate. Price for the chair was good. I'm happy.

Mixed emotions - Chair is beautiful and sturdy, but the mattress and cover are not included in the chair price and I cannot seem to locate them anywhere. Mattress not included should be clearer and/or recommended item when purchasing the chair.
