Don't bother unless you have no other options.
Gets the job done but I would not buy it again. These connectors come with short inserts. Like the back half of a normal insert. The inserts are meant to position the wires in the connector, but they do not extend to where the pins are at. The wires can and do get mangled in the space under the pins. I used inserts from oner non-shielded rj45 connectors to terminate a cat 7 cable with these connectors without a problem, but these inserts are no good.

It was not working very well and had so much problem using it. Not easy to use and will not recommend it unless you want to struggle to put it together.
