There is a 4 year in storage guarantee that comes with the battery. I did have to replace one I bought that went dead after a couple of weeks. I received a replacement without any problems or hassle.

How difficult to return? read numerous "dead on arrival complaints" in customer reviews.

According to the Amazon web page with this product, it says it is returnable. Link to the return policy states 30 day return to Amazon. When I bought this battery it was in good working order, checked the charge prior to using on a meter. I had bought some other kind of batteries from Amazon which were dead on arrival and had no issues about return/refund/replacement. So far any product, which has been few bad ones from Amazon, never had an issue upon returning. Although, certain items will have limitations and explained under the return section of the web page with the product. Few I have seen state you have to deal with the company selling the product. I stay away from those products, believe it would be a hassle.
