## Description

Tappits cutters used for gumpaste and fondant. Set includes upper case script letters and numbers(Floral paste is the name used in the UK (product origin). Gumpaste is the name we use in the US. Fondant is the same sugar mixture as gumpaste/floral paste with a few added ingredients so it does not get hard like the others. Either way these cutter can be used as described).

Review: Beautiful - They work pretty good. Sometimes they stick. What I did was brush a generous amount of cornstarch in the mold before the fondant. The lettering is beautiful.

I roll out my gumpaste very thin, rub the surface with a touch of a 50/50 mix of powdered sugar and cornstarch, then let it sit for a few minutes to "surface dry" before cutting. If I don't do this, it's difficult to "tap it" out of the cutter. My writing with frosting is pretty awful so these help me to not ruin my cakes by writing on them free hand!

I love Tappits! They can be difficult to use if you've never used them before because the individual letters are quite small and thin. They work wonderfully. I love the fancy script. And are smaller than the ones I have. Can get stuck in or letters disform. But I can't imagine without it. Pricey tho
