Dual Visor Modular Flip up Gloss Black Motorcycle Snowmobile Helmet DOT (S)

I ordered this as a gift for my wife. I was very impressed when I opened the box. Priced at $85.00 when I purchased it, the quality is way better than I expected it would be. I bought this because she needed a helmet on very short notice. I was able to get this in 2 days with free shipping via Amazon prime. I planned on getting her a nicer helmet later, but as I said, I needed it right away. My thought was this would be better than her riding with no helmet at all !!! In my opinion this helmet is of such high quality, I don't see the need to spend the 3, 4, $500.00 I have seen helmets priced at. It looks good, the finish is very nice and shinny. The flip up parts are nice and secure.I have seen helmets where the hinged parts are sloppy and feel like it's going to fall apart within a year or less of use. This is NOT like that at all !!! I ordered a small, as she is a very petite woman.( 5ft. tall and 110lbs.) It fits a little big. An extra small would be better for her. Other than the sizing not being very detailed in the product description, I am very happy and would recommend this helmet. Priced at $85.00, I consider this a GREAT value...

Absolutely great helmet to choose. This is one of the first ones i got when i was riding a few years ago for the first time and still have it. I probably shouldn't, because it's been through some bumps, but hey, i love it. Definitely has a more bulky round shape compared to my other helmet i use that has a more front tapered oval shape. Got some weight to it too, but it's very padded, so makes sense. The front vent lever thing broke on me after a few months, so i can't close the front vent anymore, but it's not that big of a deal.

I normally wear half helms but its just too cold out right now. I bought this helm after reviewing many others with the built in sun visor. A lot of reviews on those other helms said the sun visor distorts vision. Not this one. Its perfect vision though either visor and still leaves room for shades if needed to help with snow blindness. Accurate sizing chart means no hassle trying to find the perfect fit. Easy to raise and lower the chin guard. But my only complaint is the chin strap system. Strap is a little too short and hard to tighten. The vents and visors are easy to raise and lower and it fits comfortably on my head. I'm just waiting for the snow to clear up some so I can test it on the open road for noise and warmth. Over all its a good helmet for the price and I will be keeping it for winter riding and long road trips.

Surprisingly well made. Comfortable fit and it comes with a sturdy quick release buckle. They threw in some soft cloth to clean the shield with, as well as stick on reflectors which surely come in handy. The was not a single finger print on the helmet either. The hardware that holds the shield is super sturdy compared to my other helmet and they threw in two extras in case s.h.t.f. The fit is a bit tight but it'll loosen up after a few wears. It is pretty hard to put the shaded visor part down or up though, hurts my fingers

We had to return this helmet. The small size that came was way too loose on my daughters head. All the features of the helmet are wonderfull. We have two other helmets of seperate brands in size small that fit her good. Be aware that we found this helmet way too big and had to return it. It is difficult to shop the internet for such a critical piece of gear, but Amazon has done everything to help with the return and we are trying another helmet in a few days.

Fits well and vents do their job well enough. The interior shaded visor doesn't retract fully into the helmet, about a quarter inch is always hanging down. While I wish it fully retracted, it honestly does not impair my vision in the slightest.

I bought this helmet for riding in my bass boat on cold mornings. The feature of having a sunshield inside the helmet and available at the flip of a switch made the purchase experience that much more enjoyable. One recommendation is that because this is rated as a snowmobile helmet the interior cushioning is thicker which causes helmet sizes to run small. I recommend ordering the next size up. Overall, I love this helmet.

I really wanted to get a modular helmet for the convenience. Now I can talk and breath just by flipping it up. These helmets are not cheaply made like other helmets in the same price range. This let me get one for my wife too. The vents, second sun visor and the flip-up mechanism are slick and very nice to have, and the helmet hardly weighs more than a no-flip helmet.
