This item was purchased as a Mother's Day gift for my mom. It is what she wanted, so I ordered it for her. It is BROKEN. Not only is it broken, but the pieces that are broken off were not in the box so that I could at least attempted to glue it back together! I am furious! It is Thursday and Mother's Day is in three days which gives me no time to return and get one that is hopefully in one piece!
