Wonderful!
I had the prior model for I-phone 4 and loved it. It was also quite a conversation piece in my office. I ordered this model for my new I-Phone 6 Plus. Unfortunately, the tiny tip of the 3.5 mm jack that goes into the I-phone earphone plug was loose; fortunately I noticed this before using it as the tip might have stayed in the plug ruining it for other uses. I was not able to find a replacement coil on line or at Amazon or a way of ordering another coiled wire. Although I still have time to return the entire Phonestand, I just need another coil and wrote an email to the distributor, Cyanics, requesting a replacement (iClooly is in South Korea, so that won't work). I'll update this review when I hear back from them.UPDATE: Cyanics emailed me less than 12 hours later that they were sending a new coiled wire. This arrived a couple business days later.I've added a star and taken away the "but" that followed "Wonderful" in my summary title. Buy the way, it does fit i-phone 6 plus even in an Otterbox Defender case. The i-phone charges in the cradle with a charging cord (not supplied with the Phonestand) and I can use the handset with the aforementioned coiled wire although a little awkward as the plug on the i-phone 6 Plus is on the bottom and sits against the slotted shelf on the Phonestand that prevents the i-phone from sliding down and off; it was much easier with the prior phonestand model and my old i-phone 4 with its plug on top.

Hopeful but disappointed
I love the idea of this phone, and I love the look & the stand. It's not really intended for the connection on the bottom of an iPhone 6, but it's easy to overlook that & make due. My issue with the phone is that the connection somehow would make my apple music play while trying to make a call. And the handset would also hang up on anyone I called. The only way I could get it to work was to call someone and then plug in the handset. The few people that I spoke to did not like the microphone quality and requested that I stop using the handset. I decided to stop using it after trying to all my wife 8 times and having it hang up on her. And yes, there button to hang up is easy to bump, but there is something else wrong with my handset. It's possible I have a defective unit since most of the other reviewers love it. But considering all of these problems, I decided not to try to return it because I don't want another one. I'm going back to using my headphones with a microphone. A friend of mine has an old bakelite style handset that he swears by. I'm going to try that and then possibly buy it. Good Luck!!

Ok, but needs slight design improvem
This was a purchase I made because when I moved into my new office the phone systems weren't installed yet and I was having to use my cell phone all the time. I did not like having my cell screen rubbing up against my face all day, therefore I looked at this option. It works great for the most part, the sound is clear, and it's compact, but the "end call" button on the handset it in an awkward location. If you rest the phone on your shoulder it hangs up on people easily.

I am disappointed and would like to return but I don't have ...
This item unfortunately does not work well. It continues to disconnect my calls or just not work at all ...something in the unit makes the music play which then does not allow me to answer calls...I hear them talking when I pick up the handset and connect the call...but they can't hear me and when I try to unplug the handset so I can talk normally through the phone mic it disconnects call. In addition when sitting in cradle it constantly activates Siri on my iPhone. Also the disconnect button installed on the handset does not work at all now...it did for the first few times and then quit as well. I am disappointed and would like to return but I don't have the packaging. Thanks

Great gadget
I love the stand itself and the concept. It was great at my desk and so easy to work and take calls all at once. The only issue was people kept telling me they couldn't hear me very well, and I couldn't hear them. I had my volume as loud as it would go, but still no luck. Sadly, I returned it and bought just a headset.

We all love the ergonomics and the usability of the product
I ordered 4 phone stands for my small office after trying several other similar devices. We all love the ergonomics and the usability of the product. It feels quality built. However, after 2 months of use, the receiver was less consistent. Callers began to not be able to hear us and we could not hear the callers at times. Also, though there are some reviewers that state their fingers would accidentally strike the red button and hang up, we found that (without hitting the button) calls would be terminated early. I like the product, but I don't think it's intended for daily business use.

:-( Not a good deal at all
It does not deliver what you might expect. It is uncomfortable and the sound is not all that good after all . Wouldn't recommend it :-(

Made the iPhone manageable for an elder, (and great for anyone who wants a handset)
Great looking, works well. I'd recommend for anyone who wants a handset but can give a real thumbs up for the elderly iPhone users. I bought this for someone who is 89 years old and has difficulty handling the iPhone 4.Pros:The handset is easier to hold than the phoneThe sound clarity for the caller is much better since the mouth piece can be held and positioned better by and elder. The on/off switch is easier to handle. (added an app on the iPhone a shortcut to Favorites)Sleek design, take up minimal space and looks good.Cons:As noted by others, it will slide around unless secured but it was easy to deal with.
