Defective
The item was defective. One of the ears wouldn't go up. I asked for a replacement. They offered £1 and told me to keep the defective item. I said I'd like a replacement, they offered £2, I said I didn't want compensation, just a replacement. They finally offered £3 and said the item was no longer in stock. My grand daughter was very disappointed.
