I absolutely love this bed, we received a little over three weeks ago now and I just could not say enough good things about it!It adjusts steadily and quietly, and is also very sturdy. We have a regular mattress on it and a nice memory foam style topper which makes it wonderfully comfortable and the massage feature is just heavenly!My wife and I purchased this bed because I am disabled and I have to spend quite a bit of time in bed, I was tired of always straining my neck to watch the television and having pillows constantly adjusted,This bed has made everything so much easier, With the push of a button I can adjust the bed to a more comfortable position for watching the television or eating and it is already saving my wife a lot of backache from not having to constantly adjust those pillows.Both ends of the bed will raise, the head and the foot , and it has a brilliant one button feature to make it flat on the remote control which will make both ends go down simultaneously at a nice comfortable speed.The bed is on wheels and glides smoothly and without effort, but also has brakes which work wellI highly recommend this bed to anybody who spends an extended amount of time in bed or just simply wants a more luxurious comfortable experience at very good price.One final note, from a strictly disabled perspective, this bed also has wonderful health benefits, besides the things I have mentioned being able to adjust the head and foot for comfort, it has also helped in areas of digestion (We are just not designed to digest while horizontal), the massage feature is great for circulation, When setting up the bed we set it to the highest possible adjustment which makes things much easier for care providers, less bending over, Being on wheels it is beneficial if you ever need to move the bed for a transfer and just simply being able to be sit up in bed can help you be more active with simple activities (Reading, using a laptop, and other similar things) also having your head raised is beneficial to your heart as it as it has to pump ever so slightly harder when your head is raised, again I just highly recommend!The only thing that has been negative was the delivery, we were given very little notice and the freight company only sent one man who required help, the bed is very heavy, and with such little notice it was impossible to arrange help, but this is more a reflection on the delivery company, not the bed itself, I have absolutely no complaints with the bed Itself!

I thought we were getting a twin remotes and a bed for two different sleep settings. Also the motor is extremely noisy.

I tried several beds, and bought the most comfortable that I tried in the stores. But with Osteoarthritis, degenerative disc disease, scoliosis, and back surgery - I would wake up several times during the night hurting, get up walk it off, and return to the flat bed to sleep for another hour or two..etc all night long. I tried the adjustable "name brand" bed in the store and couldn't believe the comfort, but being disabled I could not afford the $6,000. price tag. I found this online, bought the memory foam mattress for it and a Queen size headboard all for only $2,300.!!! Slept 6 hours straight first night, then turned massage on (it shuts off automatically after 30 min) and was back to sleep in a few minutes! Haven't had to get up to "walk it off" since buying this bed a few months ago. Great price, great quality. Would highly recommend this bed to anyone with back problems. I let my grown kids try it out & they think it's the best bed ever, even if you don't have back problems and want to buy one for themselves!

I bought this in Jan 2013, and my Fiance and I are very happy with it still. It was a big purchase for us, but well worth the money. I have to mention that it is super heavy for just two people (a man and a woman) to move it and it would not fit through our standard size front doorway. We had to haul it through our bedroom patio doors to get it in the house. After a year it still works as advertised. Problem with head massage motor wires busting off 12/28/16 first motor went out, discovered wires shimmed so much they broke. 2-15-2019, the same issue with the replacement motor. Seems to be a manufacturer defect, but they tell me when I call they have never heard of this issue?? My concern is when this is occurring that the wire is broke off leaving it to come in contact with other metal and I really don't want to be shocked out of sleep in the middle of the night!!

I read and work with my tablet at night and before I get up in the morning. I was constantly stacking pillows for this and getting a poor result. I researched and found this bedframe. It is the best choice because it has a wall hugging feature and other several upgrades from the cheapest one that you can find. It is extremely quiet when you change position. The vibration/massage feature is okay but the motors are directly in the middle not one on each side. So you have to move to the center of the bed to really get a good effect. But let me be clear that I did not buy this item for that feature. I absolutely love this item!The only downside was it took over two weeks to get this. That was due to the shipper that this supplier uses. The shipper has a poor rating with BBB, and I can't tell you how many phone calls and emails it took to finally get this bedframe.

The bed arrived and I was able to unbox it and put it in place with two people. It is heavy, about 125 pounds. There was a separate box for hardware including two choices of legs, casters, and hardware to attach it to a headboard. I bought two twin xl beds to make up a king size. It fit inside the frame of my current bed. Once set up i locked the wheel casters. The remote control gives you lots of options for positions and massage. The motion motors are very quiet. The massage motor is a little noisy, but I think that is expected. I saved money buying it on Amazon versus the local bed shops.

I absolutely love this product. I have not had any negative experiences with it. I was able to put it together all by myself and it works just as stated. Very happy!
