La Piana Ravioli With Potato And Pecorino Filling, 16-Ounce Boxes (Pack of 3)

I love this brand and the various pastas. The taste of this one is great but I found that no matter how you cook them the filling never becomes entirely soft. Cook them too long and the pasta falls apart.....and you'll still be left with a hard filling.

These little raviolis are delicious! While expensive, when cooked you'll get five or six times the volume of the box. Another thing I liked is that they didn't fall apart while cooking. I made sure they floated freely in plenty of boiling water. Wish they cost less, though. Excellent flavor.

Unfortunately the amazon product description did not list all the ingredients when I made this purchase. Due to allergies I was unable to consume these. I'm told they were okay but can't really verify :( for the record here are the listed ingredients:Durum Wheat Semolina, Eggs, Water, Pecorino Romano Cheese, Parmesan Cheese, Bread Crumbs, Potato Flakes, Sunflower Oil, Salt, Dehydrated basil, Dehydrated Garlic, Thyme Powder

We keep this product in our cabinet to use when we do not have fresh pasta. I made different sauces , depending on what herbs I have on hand. Delicious product!

Very tasty. I've tried the recipe on the box and also just with butter and black pepper. Both ways were delicious!

I have bought several of these pastas and they are all great. The make a good quick dinner with the on box suggestions for sauces.

This ravioli is very good--much tastier than I thought it would be since it is not refrigerated/fresh. Surprisingly good volume after preparation.
