These are much better than the round ones I had before.good quality.a nice soft but bright light.not harsh white.very nice effect.covers a good area.1 light on the apex of a garage does the whole front area.im very pleased with them.

These are exactly what I’ve been searching for. I needed to light the drive at the side of the house when my dog goes in the garden at night, but I didn’t want them to be so bright they would disturb my lovely neighbours. These give off a warm glow but with a wide spread of light. They only stay on for about twenty seconds but that’s fine as they are triggered again as soon as you get near them. I have a much brighter security light at the back of the house but I actually prefer these because of the soft light they emit. Easy to install with wing nuts to the box gutter of my single storey extension but they also come with fixing screws to fix to a wall/fence.

Easy to install and maintain

Really impressed with the brightness of these compared to previous ones. Had a bit of trouble initially getting them to stay in the correct position on the guttering.

Wow. The lights arrived on time and after a full day charging all worked perfectly well last night.The cool white light lit up our newly refurbished yard to perfection showing of the planting really well.I have purchased many solar lights over the years and these are by far the best for value and light yet as well as so easy to put up, I like the fact that you can install them many ways with the bracket supplied.The black colour blends into the gutter colour.

Two of the lights would not work ...was going to send them back but was a log of hassle...took them apart and found that the outer on/off button did not line up with inner button so just bent into working position ... fabulous lights but expensive and poor quality materials

got them around the garden . sit there at night glass of wine cannot beat it . they work with little sun shine . Got to go top up the wine . Looking forward to winter just to see the garden at night the lights will blow away the cobwebs/ gloom of the long dark night's

Update:After having this for some time, I realized it’s just OK. Battery life isn’t so great since it’s on the whole time and not sensored. It only last about more or less 4 hours the most which isn’t very much.Original review:It’s what I needed. It’s small and not overly bright, but enough to light up the front entrance to see the pathway at night. Love that isn’t solar and slanted. Doesn’t turn on until there’s really no more sun ray detected which probably helps with battery conservation and consumption.I dislike how it was not an easy install on my gutter. It was either the space was too narrow or way too wide. Plus the screw that tightens is too short to actually hold it in place to the gutter. Had to improvise with putting chopstick to fill the space. I just hope it holds. Also, the metal pieces are pretty flimsy and easily bendable that the pain chipped when bent — I hope that lasts too.It’s lightweight, and doesn’t weight down the gutter. The material is mostly plastic other than thin metal holding it and the screw. I like it. I just hope it last me a few years. Might buy more like these for the back yard or something in the future.
