Very poor signal, even with an antenna.
It works as long as you're close to the hotspot. Im at the edge of my house, where i am trying to give my desktop wifi. My tablet and phone both get decent signal, but this device in my desktop, in the same spot, can barely even load a webpage. Even after replacing the antenna with a large one I have lying around, the signal did not improve. It gets worse signal than a nano usb wifi dongle with the same chipset.
