Pete the Cat: Firefighter Pete Kindle Edition

My grandson's father is a fireman. He loves this book. He's too young to read on his own but it's not a long book so he can stay on task long enough to hear it.

Such a fun book and greatly enjoyed by my 2 year old granddaughter. The illustrations are wonderful and there is so much to see on each page.

Purchased for my 2 year old granddaughter and she loves it.

Pete and his class go on a field trip to a firehouse. They learn all about the fire trucks and the gear firefighters must wear. While visiting, the fire alarm goes off. Pete goes with the truck to the location of the fire and learns how the firefighters deal with a real fire.**** FOUR STARS! In this small book, children will learn the basics about a firehouse, the firefighters within, and what they do to help people at a fire. All the characters in the story are cats – except for one that is a frog. James Dean is not only the author of the “Pete the Cat” series, but also the illustrator and his pictures do the story justice. My 27 month old grandson LOVES this book, we read it all of the time. Luckily, the story is interesting enough that I don't mind and I like the illustrations I often try to skim through the words, but he calls me out. He helps by making the sounds and talks about Grumpy Toad. If your child loves fire fighters, this is a good one.We haven't used the stickers yet, though they're nice. But also not reusable and I'm not ready to scrape stickers off of furniture :)

Pete the Cat books are very funny, BUT the 2 staples holding the stickers in this book are very dangerous for a 2 year old or any age child.

Disappointed in this book. It's nothing like the other pete the cat books :-(

I usually have to buy 2 Pete the Cat books as my 2 grandsons can't wait to get their hands on them. Entertains them all afternoon.

My grandson loved this, and after visiting the fire station this became extra special to him. Pete the cat is one cool cat!
