barnett Football Gloves, FRG-03

I purchased these for my 15-year old son. I looked online and found a printable sizing chart. (like this one:[...] I matched his hand with the chart, ordered an Adult M and they "fit like a glove". These have been used several times per week since I gave them to him at Christmas. They have and continue to work well. While the palms remain sticky and intact, the backs of the fingers look like a clear coat is lifting off and the gray sticky rubber on the back, tip end of both thumbs are peeling off. The gloves perform as desired and I suppose their life-span would be shorter due to the conditions they are subjected to. All in all, I would probably purchase these for him again, as the palms look very good and are still sticky.

So far my son loves the glove and it seems to work as designed.My only issue with the glove is the sizing. My son is 7 and has always got medium sized gloves for football and they were a little big on him. These are really tight and now will only last a for a couple of months till he rips them a part just trying to get them off and on.

the gloves themselves are great! the recipient loved them and they work really well!just one thing to be aware of - there's no velcro strap on the wrist. they're pretty tight getting them on and off. the person I got them for needed another set of hands to get them on and off. but once they're on they work like a charm!

Bought these gloves for flag football. Seams ripped after a couple months use. Got them for a song so I can't be too disappointed but wouldn't buy again. Still, you get what you pay for.

Nice gloves for the price. But, the thread on the seams on the thumb and forefinger broke when pulling the gloves off. After strengthening the area by hand sewing with double thread, they work fine.

They are tacky and provide a great grip on the ball. However, they aren't well crafted and they are coming apart at the seems after three days of use.

This items arrived quickly and looked and felt as advertised.After 2 games the seams have come undone in the webbing between the thumb and index finger. I do not see my son being able to use these more than 1 - 2 more games before they are completely opened up and useless. This may only be an exception to their normal quality, but these are the ones we received so I can only attest to my experience.I would not purchase these again.

nice and grippy but seams start to rip open after a few football games/practices. hard to figure sizes as well.
