I was very pleased with this for a while - although care must be exercised when getting in and out of the bath as the edges of the mat can slip if stepped on. It seems perfectly stable when standing away from the edges.I washed the underside in the bath with detergent / put it in the washing machine from time to time. I can't say that I took any specific steps to let it dry after use. It started to go mouldy on the underside after about 4 months. I have now had it 5 months and the 2 photos show how the underside looks even after soaking it in a bleach solution in the bath for most of a day. In the second photo you will see that the larger patches show through to the upper-side.The description mentions a 12 warranty, but it is not clear how to claim. I'm now looking for something similar that will not go mouldy.UPDATE (same day): After leaving this review earlier today I contacted the seller (itsurprise) via Amazon message. They were extremely quick to reply. They apologised for the inconvenience caused, said they would pass the feedback to the technical team, refunded my payment and provided a discount code for any further purchase from their Amazon store. That is excellent customer service - and I have increased my rating from 1 to 4 stars to reflect the customer service / 12 month warranty elements of my purchase experience. I will use the discount code to try the same mat again, hoping for a better result if I routinely allow the mat to dry. We shall see.

I fell in the bath and decided I needed to replace my existing mat as it obviously wasnt doing the job right. My eyes were pickled from so many mats to choose from on amazon but am so glad this one caught my attention. It has so many suckers that its not going anywhere, also the raised nobbles give great grip for getting in and out the bath. Lastly the longer length is amazing.

Not a bad product at all, has done it’s job and definitely helped us when having showers. It’s not the sexiest looking thing but fits nicely, we really like the extra length of the mat. It is easy to clean, easy to put in and take out, and doesn’t seem to have worn at all in the few weeks we’ve had it.The only comment I have is that it’s not particularly safe when someone else has had a bath without it in beforehand. Make sure that you dry the bath surface before putting it back in otherwise it doesn’t stick and can be quite dangerous.

We have used a lot of bath Matt's that is he go mouldy no matter how much we wash or dry them. This one hasn't needed any and has no mould so far .

We've had these before. So these were replacements. We buy two. One in the bath one.in the wash. They stretched the length of the bath and do away with any slipperiness.

This bath mat is excellent, does what it is intended, sticks firmly to the surface of the bath without sliding, pleasant to feel underfoot, elegantly designed, creates enormous confidence in showering in a bath when there is the risk of slipping. Highly recommended.

Bought this for my pregnant daughter, to prevent her slipping in shower...She told me it was slipping and sliding when ever she placed her foot on it. I took it to try myself and she was right, it slips even when pushing it down to ensure contact with bath. I felt terrible that I could have actually caused my pregnant daughter to fall.

I’m trying to contact the seller for this item as my Matt is gone very mouldy but there’s no option and a previous review states how he left a review and customer service got straight back to him and replaced it.Aside from it going mouldy it is brilliant and covers the whole of the bottom of my bath (1.65m) which is perfect for bathing my little boy.I would like a replacement very much as it’s been like this since the beginning of the year and just getting worse but until I just read another review I didn’t know how to contact customer services and didn’t want to leave a bad review. I brought it in September.
