You Can Never Have Enough Hudson!!
"I got you. I won't let anything hurt you. I won't let anything hurt our babies. I swear to you, my love. My precious. Nothing will happen to any of you. Ever."Ok, ever since I found the Fixed series, Hudson has been my favorite book boyfriend of all time. And this book just sealed the deal! I could not put this one down! Page after page of suspense, heartbreak, worry, love, steam, it just never stopped!!Facing the unwelcome news that Hudson's former "play-mate", Clelia is soon to become part of their family, Alayna struggles with her obsessiveness and anxiety. Hudson, always her rock, provides the calming force she needs to get through it. Together, they can withstand anything, right? Noticing his distance, he insecurities rise to the surface, fearing that he has lost interest in her. When she discovers that he's been keeping secrets from her, ones that spell danger, can she convince him to let her in - to let her be part of the solution? When the threats come to her door, will she lose him forever?Hudson has been keeping the threats as far away from Alayna as he can. He needs to handle this and protect his wife and children. For the life of him, he can't figure out who is behind it. He can imagine the why- he wasn't a good person before. He played games. People were hurt. Destroyed. Unable to keep Alayna from the truth, they embark on a quest to solve the puzzle and put an end to whoever dared to threaten their family. But, all too soon, the danger becomes all to real and they may be out of time. Will their family be torn apart? Has he failed in his vow to keep them safe? This was the best out of the series!! I loved it! I have loved watching these two get together, grow, and just jump all over each other! If you haven't read the series, I highly recommend you do. You won't be disappointed. And, when you get to this one? You'll still be begging for more.

💜I still adore this couple! 💜
Absolutely wonderful!!! The return of Hudson and Alayna was everything I hoped it would be! I always wonder what "happily ever after" looks like for some of my favorite couples. We have gotten to see little pieces of theirs in the other books from the Fixed universe. Getting another full length book on them was fantastic. It was a reminder that even "happily ever after" requires work and compromise. This was a very suspenseful book that constantly had me thinking. Hudson was receiving threats against his family, and he did the typical Hudson things. He should know that trying to keep things from Alayna doesn't work... she snoops into everything! Hudson starts digging into his past so that he can try to figure out who is sending these threats. The story sends you into different directions of who you may think that it is.... and when I found out who it was I was SHOCKED!This book didn't break my heart into a million pieces like the other "Fixed" books. This does not mean that it did not elicit feeling from me. I was so happy reading about the life they were building. I was SO proud of how Alayna was handling the task of getting into Hudson's past. At one point there is a conversation when Hudson is telling Alayna that he had a snapshot kind of dream of what their future was.... as he was describing the future he saw them having I was smiling like a total goober with some seriously happy tears trying not to fall from my eyes. It showed how far Hudson had come from the man that did not believe in love!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Another spectacular Fixed book that everyone who loves Hudson and Alayna need to read! You will not be disappointed!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

"Can the magic really last forever?"
“Fixed Forever” takes place a few years after the wedding of Alayna and Hudson and they now have three beautiful children: a four year old girl and one year old twins. Alayna experienced a period of depression following the birth of the twins, but was able to work through it with the help of Hudson and her therapist She is not happy that Chandler is marrying Celia’s step-daughter and that has caused her anxiety to reappear and be fearful of Celia and her manipulation tactics. She hates feeling as if she can’t trust Hudson because in her heart she knows he loves her, but it is hard to keep her crazy thoughts from bubbling to the surface.Hudson once again chooses to shield Alayna from the danger that is upon them when he does not tell her about the cryptic letters he has been receiving. He would never do anything to push her over the edge even though he hates lying to her. For her safety and his children’s safety, he has increased his security team and added more bodyguards. His family is his life and he will do everything in his power to protect them. He doesn’t know who is sending the letters but he thinks it may concern a part of his life that he is trying to forget. Will the darkness of Hudson’s past be the reason that his family is in danger?Alayna and Hudson are one of my favorite couples and I have followed their journey throughout the Fixed Universe series, and I am sorry to see the series come to an end. I was so enamored with this latest installment that I had to read the book again, and it was even better the second time. I especially liked how Laurelin wove romance with mystery to give us a story that we will cherish forever.

I have fallen in love with this series all over again thanks to Fixed Forever
'His past was supposed to be behind them...'It's THAT tag line that had me having major anxiety about this book. It's also that tag line that had me so excited and counting down the days until I could get Fixed Forever in my hands.Hudson and Alayna have been happily married now for a few years, and have three wonderful children together. Everything is as perfect as can be, aside from the fact that for months now, Hudson has been receiving threatening messages concerning his family; messages that can no longer be deemed and put aside as harmless; messages Hudson believes to have come from someone from his past. It's been a few days now since I've read Fixed Forever, and I am honestly still speechless. What Laurelin delivers here is a well-crafted, and well-thought-out and just a beautifully written story; a story I absolutely adored, and a story that blew me away with just how amazing it is. There were times where this book didn't *feel* like a Fixed novel, given how much lighter I found this story to be compared to Hudson and Alayna's original trilogy, but even still I was devouring the words on my Kindle like I never have before, because I *needed* to know what the heck was going on and what was going to happen next, and I never guessed all that did happen next as this story went on.Those last few chapters... They were shocking. And they completely blew my mind.Told in a dual POV, Fixed Forever will have and keep you on the edge of your seat with how funny and romantic, and mysterious and suspenseful it is. It'll capture and keep your attention from start to finish with the many things happening throughout this book - because a lot does happen in this novel, more than just Hudson's past coming to haunt his future - and all in all, if you're a fan of the Fixed Series, then you will not be disappointed with what goes down in this book.If you've not yet read Fixed on You, Found in You, Forever With You, and 'Hudson' and 'Chandler' (though that last one is optional), then I would highly recommend that you do so before reading Fixed Forever as this is NOT a standalone novel, and it cannot be read and enjoyed as one. But if you have previously read and enjoyed Hudson and Alayna's original trilogy, then you NEED to get your hands on this book.Trust me, you will not regret it.

Darkest Past
This is my first Laurelin Paige book and I can only heap praise on her writing skills and the in-depth insights she gives into the dark side of Hudson Pierce and how love changed his life and overcame evil. This exquisitely written books builds up the tension slowly and psychologically. Then the plot marches menacingly to a wonderful climax. It contains moments of erotic sex and some profound revelations which can only help to improve our lives.Billionaire, husband and parent Hudson Pierce has everything that wealth can provide. But his dark past and some of his unscrupulous means of making his billions is casting shadows over him and is now impacting critically on his family. And when anonymous letters/notes arrive at his office and then at home he is for forced to instigate major investigations.Layla his wife is on maternity leave, after the birth of twins from her media business. She is itching to get back to her media business but Hudson is keen for her recover from her postpartum depression. And to keep her safeWhen Layla is kidnapped, Hudson has to call on his mental, physical and material resources. But will he find her? You HAVE to read this book. It will change your outlook on life, maybe for ever.

Flimsy plot with an unlikable female protagonist
Where do I start? Not only was this book lazy in content it primarily focuses on the unlikable female protagonist Alayna, who has become more self righteous and narcissistic as the series progressed. She is full of double standards, for example she berates her husband for keeping secrets while doing the same to him (which she easily excuses) and when her friends disagree with her viewpoint she gets in a huff. Alayna professes to love her children deeply, while simultaneously being overwhelmed and bored parenting them (even with the help of two nannies) and finds it difficult to even put together a ready prepared breakfast without assistance - to coin a very appropriate phrase "get a grip, get a ruddy grip!"My annoyance with the main female character aside the plot is very thin, there is no real character development and although we think we might Be introduced to new and exciting characters, through the mystery of the threatening letters, this is not the case and the plot ends very rushed with a very unrealistic kidnapping culprit. If the price point for this book was around £2.49 I'd say give it a go, but at £5.49 it is very poor value for money and there are far better book investments out there - what a shame, as I've enjoyed a lot of Laurelin's books but feel very cheated by this one.

A very enjoyable read
Oh how I’ve missed Hudson and Alayna . Having been married for a few years Alayna & Hudson now have three young children under four years, after the birth of the twins though Alayna suffered with depression and OCD, for which she had therapy and medication for . With her health improving they are now facing another crisis ,when the anonymous letters that Hudson’s been receiving for a while get a little more creepy . Of course not wanting to worry his wife,he keeps their existence from Alayna but as we all know secrets tend to surface at some point and she’s not pleased when she finally finds out that it’s been kept from her . After increasing his security in all areas there’s not much Hudson can do although he does turn to Celia for help because he’s convinced that’s it’s someone from their past that’s doing this . When Alayna goes missing Hudson’s security reveal that she also may have been drugged the race is on to find her and of course the purpertrator is finally reviled, and no I’m not saying who it is although I did guess the persons identity before the reveal . I thoroughly enjoyed reading the story the only down side is that we have to wait until June next year for the story featuring Celia and Edward Fastbender .

GOOD STORY
I have read all the fixed books including the spin off's Chandler and Hudson, the Fixed Trilogy are one of my favourite series to read and re-read, and I was so excited when I head this book was coming out, however I was slightly disappointed. The story was good, kept me gripped, but was not I felt up to the same standards as the other 3 books.
