Himalayan Candles Diamond Etched Glass Soy Candle, 22-Ounce, Tea Shop

I could hear the glass rattling in the box before I even opened it. The package itself looked like it had been kicked around. I opened the package to investigate, and found a piece of plastic and a million shards of glass. I went onto my Amazon account to request a replacement, only to find a prompt telling me I was responsible for returning the damaged item - meaning I'd have to go out of my way to ship shards of glass to Amazon.Then I called Amazon's customer service line and spoke to a very nice representative. She was super helpful and then even she was shocked when she had to tell me it would be 1-2 months to replace the candle.This is definitely a one-in a million situation, but seriously, there should have been some kind of soft packing around the glass not only to prevent unhappy customers, but to also keep people (and pets) safe! I'm still picking tiny shards of glass from my floor.

Came broken. I was very dissapointed. Packing was minimal. This was only reason I rated it so low. I know the product is good because I have other candles from Himalayan Candle. But return was very easy!

Both of the pretty glass containers arrived broken. These should not be shipped as packaged. I read at least one other review that also complained about broken glass. The scent is nice and not overpowering.
