ACTUAL MEASUREMENTS: 27.5" × 19.75"The map looks nice. I built a frame in anticipation of giving it for a Christmas gift based on the measurements given in the description of the item. I guess I learned to wait on building a picture frame until the item comes in. This is not square and won't fit into a frame bought for the dimensions in the description.

Not as advertised
This is a map of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studios... not the Marauder's Map as advertised. I don't think Universal would be too happy to know that this seller is ripping off their park map...
