Polaris RZR XP 900 Heavy Duty Front Bumper By Bad Dawg

Actually a nicely built and great looking bumper out of the box.Then the bad begins.Bolt holes are misaligned and required reaming to make useful.There are really no directions beyond "mount to frame", but as an engineer, I figured it out.Fit is...close. Not right, but close enough to mess with and make it work while looking pretty good.The brush guard / skidplate / support bracket flat out does not work. Whoever thought it was a good idea to mount using the differential studs is an idiot. 1. The bends in the plate are not geometrically correct.2. The spacers provided are half the length they need to be and loose fitting on the provided bolts. Which;3. Causes the bracket to hit the frame. And,4. Does not line up the holes.5. Therefore requiring more reaming and bending to achieve a poor fit, mounted to a really bad idea of a location, made worse in causing shear, by making my own (much better fitting all around) spacers.There are ready-to-use mount locations further back where the stock brushguard mounts. Although I really like the look in the basic build of this bumper, I absolutely do not recommend that anybody spends a dime on this.

Didn’t hold up to well. Hit someone at 5 mph and bent my brackets pretty good needs better reinforcement on the channel that mounts to the frame.

Bumper was not good at all, I broke the u bolts just righting this thing up, every little scratch shows up in the paint like it was rattle canned. Also the nuts sent with it should of either included lock washers or all nuts should of had the polyurethane locking nuts. Waste of money, go somewhere else and buy a better bumper.

Well made easy to assemble and attach to atv

Pretty tuff bumper for running over small brush! But I just bent mine in a horse shoe shape winching my xp 900 out of the mudd busted the radiator in the process.

Very heavy duty bumper nice fit

Was sent wrong parts in the right box, they sent the another part. Very week design, with 2 little u bolts holding it on from Front impact. Very hard to line up and get looking right, buy a better quality bumper. Very unhappy with this product
