Just what I wanted

I bought this poster set for my home gym. I have a stability ball and some Dumbbells so I figured this was perfect. Overall I am happy with the product. The posters are printed on thick paper. They are shipped rolled into a tube, so of course there was curling on edges. I put them out under some heavy books for two days and they were good enough to hang after that. I chose to tape them up rather then use tacks.Pros:+ thick paper. They are printed on good quality paper.+ good assortment of exercises. There are a lot of exercises packed into these posters. I find them useful reminders of different things to do.+ sorted. The exercises are arranged by part of the body ( upper body, lower body, core abs, etc.) This is pretty handy for those who are not familiar with what work outs target which areas.+ easy to follow. The demonstrations are easy to follow.Cons:- Way too small. While the dimensions of the posters are accurately listed, the overall size is too small. I think they could be twice the size. The posters are easy to read and I can read them from across the room.- price. I think they are a bit pricey given he size.All in all, I can't recommend this product at the given price. If the price point were a bit lower, I would highly recommend them. Overall, they are great for beginners and are a great addition to a home gym. For that reason, I gave them three stars for this reason. I received this product at a promotional discount for my honest review and these views are 100% my own. I wasn't exactly sure which size would work best with my home gym setup so I decided to try both the12x18 and the 18x24. I had been looking for a quality set of exercise posters when I stumbled across these. I was a bit scared that the larger posters would be far too big to be useful but my fears were definitely unfounded. The angle of the sellers picture of these gives the false impression that they are huge- they are not. I figured that for the price they are charging that these would be typical Wally World poster size but they more closely resemble the size of the pull out posters from the teeny bopper magazines. They quality is there though. The paper on these is closer to a light cardstock which is really nice, and instead of a high gloss inky finish these are matte finished. The 12 x 18 size is perfect for what I was looking for but the 18x24 is really not so big as to be overwhelming. The posters have a nifty set of guidelines for warm ups and exercises and they even have a recommended rep range. They are broken down into several sections each- primarily upper body, core, and lower body but the stability poster includes stretches and the dumbbell poster breaks upper body further down into arms, back, and chest. I liked that they were shipped in a nifty protective poster roll. I do not like the price points on these but it is what it is and if you need these posters then this package deal is one of the best around. All in all I am very happy with my purchase, and I look forward to the variety of workouts that I can now complete without the hassle of googling them and then trying to complete them.I did receive these posters at a discount in exchange for my honest and unbiased review, and honestly if you will use them then you should give them a shot. They are nice.

3 Workout Poster Pack - Very nice full colored printed posters. Provides a numerous amount of different poses and ways to do exercise either by use dumbbells, exercise ball and body weight poses. This workout poster pack is really great for the beginner or younger just starting out gym enthusiast. One thing that kind of surprised me is the false advertising of the size and proportion of the posters in the posted ad. I know and read the size before I purchased, but I cant help but think that the way the 1st picture is taken makes it look huge as if it hung from the ceiling. Like as if they were large workout room posters. Then the other picture shows a very toned guy holding this little bitty poster. I hope this review gets people to think and look into the actual size...some possibly may have been turned off by it though. Would like to hear about that feedback.On the positive side, these are good posters that are sturdy and easy to hang and display if you allow it not to curl up on the corners. There was nothing wrong with mine, came tubed up nicely. These will be going into a home gym that is in the works.I purchased this at discount in exchange for my honest, fair and unbiased review.
