ORBEA Aluminum Alloy Mountain Bike Flat Handlebar 25.4 540mm 54cm Black

I've test ridden it for 3 days, using an old beach cruiser. It's great. The grips are 1.5 inches in from the ends and my arms are parallel when riding. Bar ends are installed and the small amount of protruding handlebar makes for a nice place to rest the edge of my hand. I like how the Orbea logo is facing straight forward so I can accurately align the bar when tightening the stem. It's great to ride on sidewalks and know I can pass people without being forced to go off road due to extra wide cruiser handlebars. The bike looks cool too. There is a warning label that advises against aggressive mountain biking, but that's fine with me since I simply ride rather than race along forest trails. The only small problem is how the bar tapers from the middle, making it impossible to mount a reflector right next to the stem. No big deal. I'm glad Amazon had this product. It took about half a mile of riding and taking a few high speed leaning curves to adapt to the narrow width. It's very comfortable now that I've gained some road and off road experience in the new geometry. The flat bar makes riding over rough ground easy, even with hard rubber grips.

I think this is a fine bar. It could be lighter, it could be a little better shape, but it works.

exactly what i needed for an old bianchi mtn bike frame. i wanted slightly shorter handle bars for urban rides and this worked perfect. the color is a anodized matte black and fits 25.4 stems. the sweep is pretty much what the image shows, its comfortable in my opinion. i was able to add 3x7 shifter/brake combo, with odi grips and it fit perfect. these are more narrow than regular mountain bike handlebars, and i honestly would only recommend them for urban style rides including fixies and road bikes.

After using it for a year, I can this is a well built & perfect fit for my hybrid bike, feels very comfortable with just about the right amount of bends on the tubing, most of all is reasonably priced.

This is a great value for anyone building a light custom on a budget. Just remember to chalk mark your handlebars for 54 cm width and ride around with your hands at that width for a while! It's narrow, so just make sure it's going to work for your application. If you can't afford carbon fiber to change OEM handlebars and don't really want to break the bank to save a few grams, these are a pretty good option.

Good and solid. Looks good too. I ordered a little narrower than I meant to, but it is working out. Changing out the old aluminum parts for a new look and feel.
