Total garbage. Received it today and the eyepiece that is supposed to zoom just turns and turns with no effect. I picked it up and turned it over to look at the eyepiece from a different angle and immediately noticed that it wasn't threaded on straight. There was also something rattling around inside the scope. I took it apart (the eyepiece comes off and it unscrews in the middle of the scope) and a plastic circle fell out. Turns out that little plastic circle is what keeps the eyepiece locked in place so the zoom operates. I reattached it and reassembled the scope and it was zooming just as expected. Of course when I tried to focus the thing, it would not focus clearly at any distance from 100-1000 yards. It went right in the garbage along with my 30$.

You get what you pay for, remember that when buying this.The picture is "OKAY" but good for the $The tripod and the screws that hold it to the tripod are cheaper than cheap and the threads are already sheared off after being used twice and yes, each time I threaded it properlyStill gets 4* from me due to the value per dollar, a decent buy

I use this scope for 500 yards it works great.

I am extremely happy with the results of this purchase. Easy to assemble, and price is good. Last weekend group of friends went to shooting range, at 100 yard area, this scope works very well.
