Good design, no hardware or instructions.
Nice design, but no detailed instructions or any instructions, and hardware would have been nice for the price paid. Price a bit high, but these will look good on the rug I plan to hang.

Handy-dandy clips
These clips do the job. They are small, though. I got two of them and they are just enough for my 2'x3' wall hanging. Might have been better to get three. Shipping cost was acceptable, as was ship time.

Let's get hanging...
This is exactly what I needed to hang my walking dead fleece blankets on my wall. I can put a anchor in the drywall and then add a screw and I'm all done. They look very nice and I got these really fast. I will be buying more as I have more fleece blankets to hang on my wall. Seller was very fast to answer my questions even before I made a purchase. The only thing is at almost $13 a set, I think that is too much for this item. They should be listed for $8 or $9. Hopefully they will lower the price. But these are great and I love them.

Clever design
We use these to hang a small oriental rug on a wall. They are easy to attach and don't detract from the appearance of the rug.
