Will try again!
Well, these were perfect at first. (I liked my first one so much I ordered a few more.) They had just the right shine, were very comfortable, and looked great with the pendants I paired them with. But after about 3 weeks, I threw them out. I am a teacher, and as we began school, we had a heatwave. And some misty drizzles were in the air. I’m not a person who sweats much, but with the extreme heat and humidity, and no air conditioning in school, even I was a sweaty mess. I wore the perfect outfit on the first day, along with my new chain. I greeted my new third graders, parents and administrators, not knowing until I had a chance to go to the restroom that my neck was completely black!! Talk about humiliation! This has never happened to me before, even with costume jewelry picked up at Kohls or TJ Max, etc.. I don’t know if it was the rain, the heat, the sweating, but I threw them out never wanting to take a chance again. I guess it was my own fault for expecting a ten dollar chain to be great. I won’t bother to return because I didn’t save any of the packaging. If you’re planning to buy these, be careful-don’t wear them to an important event.Update....Well I was very surprised to get a package in the mail today. I had ordered and received these chains over six months ago!! After reading my review, I received a box today with a lovely letter of apology and FIVE new chains. Besides the apology, the letter gave me lots of good information about how to care for silver, and jewelry in general. I am so impressed with the customer service, and genuine apology, that I am going to give these another try, and give some to friends:) Maybe it was a fluke on my part, or a combination of circumstances. So, give these a try!

Lovely chain and great cleaning cloth!
The chain is lovely, and the cleaning cloth it came with made my old chain shine better than when I got it! Picture shows all the tarnish the cleaning rag took off my old chain!

Gorgeous chain!
I bought this chain for my daughter after a different one broke the first day she had it. This chain is absolutely beautiful! The pictures don't do it justice. It's delicate, but sturdy. It sparkles in the light. My daughter has gotten many compliments in just the 2 days she's been wearing it. Highly recommended!

DO NOT BUY! Broke as soon as I opened.
I'm giving this item ZERO stars even though it made me give one star! I have never been more disappointed with something I've purchased through Amazon. I was very excited to receive this chain and as soon as I opened it and looked it over I noticed a white mark near the clasp. As soon as I touched it it broke! 😡 I looked to see if I can return the item but of course it's not eligible. DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIN! what a waste of money!

Cord ends keep opening on their own
I love the chain and lobster claw clasp. The problem is the cord ends on both sides of the lobster claw clasp are easily bent and keep opening up on their own. I have had my necklace unravel and fall to the ground several times at home. I keep having to bend the cord ends shut; being thin and easily bent, they will eventually break one day when I rebend them shut, if I were to keep this. I am going to have to return this necklace. Such a pity. Beautiful chain! In the photo, I bent them open a good deal, but usually they unbend just a little enough for the clasp to slip off. A tiny crack is all that is needed for the clasp to slip off.

I was looking for a chain so that I could layer my necklaces. The bottom necklace is on the 20" chain I purchased. It looks great, it is good quality anbd it came quickly! Love it!!!!
