Awful quality
BUYER BEWARE!!!! Where do i even begin with this …. I received this kennel today 2/16/22. So excited so i open it up and this is what i see!!!! The handle is broken the metal door is not even so theres no way to close it coz the hole is not as deep as you can see in the picture. This kennel is so small, I bought the medium size and it fits just right on my 5 lbs kitten! The only good thing about this purchase is the delivery, it got here fast but thats just about it… I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS KENNEL!!! Theres NO QUALITY control!!!! Just Horrible!!!

DANGEROUS CARRIER -- CAN CUT YOUR PET
All of the ventilation holes are not smoothed out; they are all extremely rough. The ventilation holes also have sharp pieces of plastic sticking out of the holes, which will cause animals to get cut. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CARRIER.

Good for small dogs
It was a sturdy kennel but too small for my dog. I asked the company if I could return the kennel and they said I would have to pay for the shipping. As the shipping would cost 2/3rds of what I paid for the kennel originally it was not worth returning. The kennel is fine, I just wish they came with a larger varity of sizes.

Wonderful Size and Design For a Bird
I purchased this to transfer my conure when needed. I wanted something that wasn't too large, that was secure, and allowed him visibility. I was especially pleased with the open slots on the bottom half to allow him to see out. Most carriers of this type do not have that. It was easy to put together and seems very sturdy. My reason for 4 stars rather than 5 has to do with the metal release for the door lock. It is very tight and difficult to squeeze and get it in the right place easily. This will not prevent me from using it, but it is a bit of an issue.

Great for guinea pigs! Stiff door springs
Great carrier for two guinea pigs. Just the handle is a little stiff and hard to open if you have two tight springs- one that goes down and one that goes up. But it’s safer I guess and working out great for short carrying trips!
