i had this pillow for about 4 months and my pain has actually gotten worse the high side is very hard and the low side is to soft tried removing the middle piece and the pillow went flat and so soft its bendable this is not a good pillow for people with neck pain and the pillow cases shrink when washed according to directions i contacted the company got a quick response and was told if i gave the pillow 5 stars they would give me a refund even though the pillow cases shrank and i was never able to use them but if i didnt give it 5 stars i would only get a participial refund i just want new cases but that should have told me something then at that point i had just got the pillow and had not used it but i was up set about all the glowing reviews now i know why they got so many they paid for them

The media could not be loaded.  The pillow that really works well, I tangled for a long time before I made up my mind to buy it. After I bought it; I immediately found it amazing. The cervical vertebrae are completely stress-free and comfortable which greatly improves the quality of sleep. I decided to buy another mom and dad.

Best pillow I’ve found in a long time. My neck pain has improved at least 85%. That’s saying a lot if you knew how bad my MRI looked! No odor. I’m very happy with this purchase and hopefully when I need a new one, these will still be around. Highly recommended!

The product came with really good packaging and the material used is really comfortable and offers really good support for the neck and head. I bought it for my boyfriend to help him release his back pain.

This pillow was a replacement for a similar one that my wife had used for many years...the old unit was well past it's usable period, yet my wife could not find a similar weight and memory foam of the old one.Then I had found the Levesolls Gel Memory Foam Contour Pillow...it was an almost perfect match...there was one little issue, yet Emma in customer service was immediately on the issue and resolved it in a very short period of time.My wife is a front line RN and her sleep (what little she gets) is very important to her health. This pillow is great for her, it has the different sized contours on either edge for a great fit and then there is a removable center of the sandwich, that ensures that the height is perfect.She loves it, drifts off to sleep quickly...and the best part is she sleeps deeply and wakes with no neck or shoulder pain. This is a great pillow, it does even more than it claims...it gives you the deep sleep that refreshes your body and the soft rebound etc does not hurt her ears.Get this pillow and sleep better!(I was neither paid nor compensated for this review)

This pillow’s been great. Usually, when I get products with memory foam there is usually some off gassing, however, I did not experience any off-gassing with this product. The pillow contoured around my head and neck allowing me to have a great night of sleep every night.

odourless bed pillow, perfect firmnessIt comes with a box, looks so good.i put the pillow in a ventilated place for one day to let it bounces back.Good sized adjustable memory foam pillow just like picture on Amazon.Pillow is soft to touch but substantial in volume. I love the length of this pillow and was very happy with it for several weeks. About 2 weeks ago, I could feel the start of neck pain upon waking and now it is consistent. I could feel that the side I was using was beginning to get softer and I have tried both sides and there is still neck pain. I really wanted to like this pillow but neck pain is not something anyone wants to have. Wish there was a pillow out there that would keep its firmness. I have purchased and tried other memory foam pillows and they don't alleviate the neck pain either.
