Why?
Bought the single disc version new here for a couple of quid. Good value at that price only, but question the usefulness of this release? Yes, as an 'anniversary' release it does contain a few rarities, but the rest of the material hardly highlights the 'best' of BTO, IMHO...

No-frills 70s rock, played superbly
Good old fashioned 'meat and potatoes blue collar rock and roll', as it says in the booklet. As well as being responsible for one of the most flogged-to-death singles in history, they penned some mean tunes in their time. Not Fragile and My Wheels Won't Turn are my personal favourites. An excellent package, nice informative booklet, and I'm pleased with my purchase.
