So far this product is a 1-star special.. Spray top is defective, does not spray, barely squirts, unusable. I notice several other 1-star reviews saying same thing. Is the product effective?? Who knows?? Can't get it out of the bottle. Bad on the MFR for continuing to send out defective bottles when they clearly have a problem. Bad, bad...Returned, will update this review when get replacement.. IF it isn't defective also.UPDATE:Received replacement fast! (thank you Amazon!) Top defective on thus one also. Returning both. Product seems promising, but can’t use cuz they can’t provide it in a working bottle! It is supposed to be a “spray”. These bottles barely have a limp little squirt come out, and that’s if you really push push push the top, otherwise it doesn’t come out at all. The liquid is fairly viscous, similar to olive oil or something, so perhaps the pump has a problem with that. But hey, that’s the pump they provided. That’s all part and parcel of the product, therefore, still a one star. And believe you me, I really really want to like this product, or at least be able to use it and find out if I like it. Oh, and 2nd bottle was leaking when received.

This product works great for dry mouth

Bad taste. Sprays everywhere but your mouth. Doesn't moisture your mouth long

Yeah, not so great for me. Not long lasting. For me, not worth the money.

If you have Sjögrens, you know what a dry mouth is like. There comes a point where you notice you have no more saliva, spray this in your mouth, and you will feel a difference. Granted it will not last all day. But for me, l spray it before l go into pilates and it helps!

Not so great. I take medicine at night before bed and sit up to read in bed before sleep. My mouth gets very dry from meds.This does NOT help me at all. In fact I think it makes things worse.I do not recommend.

These have barely any taste to them which I love. Sometimes flavors make me nauseous. It doesn't last forever but it still absolutely helps when I can't get to water. Has no medical flavor either. Yes it is on the expensive side but I will gladly pay for something that helps and this does.
