I’m returning my third puff because I ordered the #1b (off black) color twice, and kept getting #1, jet black.I finally gave up on #1b and ordered #2, hoping that it’d be off black; wrong! #2 is medium brown instead of dark brown. It would look natural if the colors weren’t so off/wrong. I’m returning them all...sadly.

This is a really nice and very soft hair puff that looks natural. I was very pleased when I received it about 2 months ago. I just actually put it in my hair and I love it! I just ordered two more to have as backups. I thought the packing was great. It arrived on time and intact. The only thing I will say is that the hairpiece is a little dry looking (dull), but I will add a little hair polish and see if that will help. I highly recommend this hairpiece. It is worth the money and it definitely worked for me!
