Not sure why, but this stuff isn't in stores any more. There's not even a place on the shelf any more, just 3 or 4 different kinds of hickory, so I'm glad Amazon still has this.A little goes a long way. Put a couple drops in your marinades/sauces/glazes for burgers, steaks, veggies, chili, whatever. Also gives good flavor to ribs if you use more, just mix a teaspoon or so into the liquid at the bottom of the pressure cooker.

I've been able to use this in tons of marinades for tofu and seitan, as well as when sauteing veggies to add that extra flavor that can be harder to get when you're not working with animal proteins. Great smell and taste.

This product is excellent when soaking ribs in.It taste as if it has been cooked on a grill.Deffinately recommend this product.

I’ve been using Colgin Liquid Smoke for years. It’s in most of my marinades and burgers, but hard to find since Walmart replaced with a knockoff. This is best liquid smoke flavor on the market and I was glad I was able to buy for a good price on Amazon.
