Haven’t seen much weight loss or bloating reduction yet, but the tea is delicious. I’ve used the morning blend in place of coffee and I’m not missing my morning pick me up. The evening definitely helps to keep things moving, but not to the point where I’m waking up in the middle of the night with a stomachache. I’ve added a spoonful of honey with my cup and it’s so good!
