We use this item for 2 of our dogs, each for a different reason.Our 6 year old Shih-tzu is afraid of thunder and always trys to get up in bed with us during an evening thunderstorm. When the forecast called for thunderstorms around 9-10pm I gave him one of these at our bedtime at 8 and he never even whimpered the entire time. The storm lasted about an hour, as predicted, and he remained calm for the first time ever!The second dog is our 14 year old pug. He tend to get worked up and starts pacing the bedroom floor at bedtime. I think he's becoming a little senile. Sometimes he'll start making whiny noises which is something new. So I started giving him one before bed and once it kicks in he settles down and lays down. However, if he wakes up during the night it starts all over again. If 6 or more hours have passed I'll give him another but if its sooner than that I dont want to give him too much. So he gets the spray bottle and that quickly shews him back to bed. Pouting of course because he didn't get his "Treat".

I was hesitant about ordering these. My dogs love them and they really help. One of my babies is terrified of storms, fireworks, guns, etc. I give her half the recommend dose the first time and she slept through the thunderstorm. My other baby is super hyper and they helped her calm down and enjoy things better. Taken over a period of a month they have maintained a calm and stress free. I’ll definitely order more.

I havnt been able to find a product for my dog but this product is decent. it makes her a little sleepy same with my golden retriever. at first one didn’t like them but ate them after. They do have a weird scent to them but just smells like a supplement

My dog freaks out 15 minutes after I leave the house. Doesn't matter that I let her out an hour ago and she pee'd and pooded. She does it again...I've given her theses and she is the most excellent dog there is. The are a wonder drug. Get them I've tried others to no avail. These are freaking AMAZING!!!

These chews worked for my relatively high energy dog for around 6 hours and then when they started to wear off, my dog became extra energetic. I do not think they made my dog less anxious but mostly just made her tired. Overall, I think there are better products that can reduce stress instead of just making your dog tired for a handful of hours.

My dogs won’t eat them after the first try. They are crumbly and smell weird. And there was not one ounce of calming impact. Save your money on these.

My two dogs got used to these and really liked them A LOT.When I went to reorder these for some reason, they were 'unavailable' not only on this site, but everywhere I searched for them.I emailed the company and received NO REPLY which didn't make me a happy camper at all.Because of that, I wound up buying them a different brand and they have been happy ever since.UPDATE: Now that these are back in stock and are available, I went back to giving these to my two dogs. They like them because they really are soft and chewy.

I give 3 to my shitsu poodle & he still gets scared from the booming from the nearby military base.
