I have two teenage sons who tend to do online gaming a little more than what I would prefer, even during non-school days. I can't police them all the time, so I let this timer do it for me.I have our router plugged into it, and every night the timer shuts it off at 01:00 in the morning, and then back on at 06:00. So, the gaming ends at 01:00 without question.When I first programmed it this way, the next day they told me that something was wrong with the WiFi network. I looked very puzzled and told that how odd that was, that I would look into it, and snickered to myself.But they soon figured out what I had been up to....;). At least now they're going to bed at a decent hour.
