Best Suitcases I've Ever Owned!
When I purchased this it was a month ago and it had had so little reviews, so I decided to take a leap of faith in these two...and I'm so glad that I did! I bought them for an upcoming trip I was taking to New York State via train and I was not disappointed. The larger one is quite huge; very spacious in both top and bottom compartments, with the top compartment containing a mesh wall layer that you can zip up so that whatever you pack there is separated from the items packed in the bottom. For such a large suitcase I was surprised by how light-weight it was - its almost like picking up nothing when you left it; however, as soon as you load it with clothes and other items it quickly becomes quite heavy, but what would you expect with a size like that. My trip was approximately three weeks long and I was able to pack a lot of clothing items in it, including clothes to take back that I had bought when I went shopping while I was there. You can even use a zipper in its center to extend its capacity, which was what I ended up having to do in order to fit everything for my trip back home; the small one however does not have the ability to extend. But for how large the suitcase is, it is quite durable as well! It survived four different train rides, being wheeled through several different train stations, and even spent some time on the busy sidewalks of New York City and it along with the smaller one stayed intact. No broken zippers, wheels, or handles; however, I'll note that their outside surfaces do scratch easily. I don't mind too much and I'm not a frequent traveler, but if you are and you decide to get this I'd recommend suitcase covers or something. The smaller one is great too, but it doesn't hold nearly as much as the large one. I think its mainly due to its front compartment which is designed to hold electronics; it really takes quite a bit of space, but I didn't mind. Despite the limited amount of packing space it provided I was still able to fit quite a bit and as much as I needed with some organization. Now my favorite feature of these suitcases are the wheels! What I had wanted the most were the fancy 'spinner' type luggage that I always saw travelers in the bus-stations walking around with seamlessly. Being able to roll the suitcase around with just a simple push is super convenient, and these wheels roll around in all directions with perfect ease that enable you to do so - I couldn't be happier. You don't have to maneuver it like that however; you can also roll them like classic suitcases. Or if you're buff and prefer/need to both suitcases come with multiple sturdy and comfortable-grip handles that you can lift them by.In terms of quality and durability I do admit that when I first opened them up and moved them around I was slightly worried if they would last. Because they're so lightweight I was concerned that they weren't that durable, and the wheels are plastic and seemed quite flimsy, so I was worried those could break easily; surprisingly however like I had said it had all held up nicely. That is needless to say though since I made sure and handled them as gently as possible - I usually take great care not to toss or bang my stuff around carelessly, and I suppose since I was on a train where I had to handle my own baggage then that was to my advantage as well. I'm not sure how they would hold up in an actual airport/baggage setting though where you have the handlers tossing the luggage around carelessly to be stored on flights and to be collected off conveyor belts. I saw a few other reviewers complaining about the handles or the zippers breaking, but I think that is possibly a user error as I've seen plenty of people treat their luggage too roughly. If you're mindful to handle your luggage without unnecessary force then I think these will hold up just fine with you.Lastly I want to praise the appearance. My color choice, silver, had a nice grey silver-like hue to it that I came to admire after taking it out of the box. Compared to other luggage that I'd seen travelers have while I was out, I was definitely happy with my choice because I felt it stood out from other people's suitcases and it certainly helped me spot them easily whenever I needed to collect the large one from a different spot I had stored it on in the train. Overall I'm very satisfied with this product. It was a bit pricey, but if it can last for future travel to come (which I am definitely planning on using these for again sometime) then I'd absolutely say it was worth every cent. Thanks TravelCross.

Sturdy and cute, and made it through luggage heck and back!
Alright, so I bought this pre-owned but unused from Amazon for a lower price, but even had I got it for the full price (extremely low!) my review would’ve been the same! These are lightweight, sleek, and look super chic and trendy. Absolute must have for traveling, especially with those spinner wheels on both of them!! They fit MUCH more than you would expect, even without an expansion zipper, and you’d much sooner hit the luggage weight limit than run out of space as long as you’re packing tidily. The smaller carry-on is absolutely amazing, although you lose a bit of storage capability because of the front tech-pocket thing. However, that little pocket makes everything insanely accessible and it’s perfect for business flights etc where you need access to your electronics and don’t have the space to or time to open up your entire case. The larger case is sturdy and is massively spacious despite having a rather slim profile and no expansion zipper. I’ve sat on top of the case with it standing vertically while waiting for trains and encountered no issues at all (note: I’m also relatively light at 50kg/110lbs, so consider that as you will lol)The zipper lock function is great, and faced no issues in TSA, so approved there for sure!Wheels are sturdy and smooth, and have endured miles of walking and dragging travel across endless swathes of vibration bumps, subway gaps, and multiple flights of stairs. Handle is great and comfortable, feels a bit loose but to no consequence to the actual function of the case. All zippers are sturdy and work well with no catching or jamming, even when jerking open/closed.It is comparable to my friend’s (rhymes with Mamsonmite) luggage that she’d gotten from an off-price department store for still nearly double the price. If you need something cheap, cute, and reliable, this is the way to go!

Very good quality!
I am really happy with my luggage! I got it for an upcoming trip, so i haven’t been able to use it yet. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it says there’s supposed to be a power bank in the carry on and I can’t seem to find it on mine. I even checked the big one incase i read it wrong, but there’s none there either.

Disappointed in quality and layout.
The luggage seems sturdy and looks very nice upon arrival. Unfortunately the interior zip of the 28" bag was pre-torn. After a single usage the exterior of the larger bag has had the plastic shell scraped away leaving small holes that expose the interior. Additionally the bag was wheeled through an airport and to an uber, upon arrival at the hotel I noticed two of the wheels showed major damage from being wheeled on a smooth flat surface. While not a quality issue, it should also be noted that the "Exterior laptop compartment" on the carry-on takes up a ton of room leaving very little usable space inside the carry-on piece.I wish this luggage was of better quality and interior layout as the design is very aesthetically pleasing, unfortunately I cannot recommend for actual use.

Very sturdy, lockable
Took these to Ecuador for a month in 2019. Held up extremely well. And came back with them still looking brand new. After 3 domestic trips over the next couple of years, I also took them to Joyabaj, Guatemala for a few weeks in 2022. They are starting to show definite cosmetic wear marks now. But the zippers and built in locks are still 100% functional.

Lightweight and study
I bought this set for my daughter to take while studying abroad. Our old luggage weighs 50% more than these! These are super lightweight, which makes a huge difference. These seem to be sturdy; they made it through 4 different airports, 2 layovers, and cobblestone streets. The handles have a slight rubberized texture underneath. Wheels glide smoothly. The included locks saved me from having to buy them separately. Would buy again.
