Bad news
These things are an accident waiting to happen. Don't buy them unless you are absolutely certain they will work for your application. Any bend in the hose will cause them to leak. I returned from a short camping trip to find both of my inside tires completely out of air. I'm just glad that the trip was not at highway speed for any length of time. It could have been disastrous. The description states that these are for 16" to 19" wheels. Not so. The hoses for the inside wheels are way too long for my 16" wheels on a 1994 Chevy c3500. I had to install them with a sweeping 90 degree bend in the inside hoses. Of course, that is why they leaked. You would think that the idea behind using hoses is so you could bend them. Also, when installing the outside hoses, you need to use the supplied 90 degree fitting. The hose may be airless, but the 90 degree fitting is not, so beware.

Good product but not intended for use with full wheel covers.
The quality appears to be very good, but I need to read better and not look at the pictures. This set is not for full wheel covers but only for bare wheels and bare hub, or bare wheels with hub cover. I have full Dicor wheel covers on the rear duals of a E350 based class C RV and these weren't going to work for me so I sent them back at the cost of paying returning shipping.

These Extentions Are Not Safe
The idea behind these is that the extension does not have air supposedly being more dependable than other extensions. The problem is that the inner plunger that is supposed to slide from the outer valve to the valve on the tire binds with any minor bend of the extension. On installation - in the picture you can see bends in the tube (I have 19.5 inch rims and the inner was about 4 inches too long anyway). When that tube is bent, the inner plunger binds. Because you are doing a manual push of the plunger and it is expected to return with the light duty spring inside, it just doesn't return to position and stop the flow of air out of the tire. The inner plunger length is also changed as there are bends - this can somewhat be adjusted out, but the binding is downright dangerous. This is basically a design flaw and very negligent of the company.I would expect because of this negligence and design flaw, there would be a legal precedence for recovery in case of accident or possibly a class action from the Individuals that have reported these problems across the internet in various review.BUYERS BEWARE - THESE EXTENTIIONS HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO DESTROY TIRES AND PUT YOU IN A DANGEROUS POSITION.

THIS PRODUCT is DANGEROUS !
DO NOT USE Wheel Master P/N 80012 "Airless" Dual Tire Inflator hoses ! This product can cause one of your Dual Tires to loose pressure and result in a ruined tire. I had carefully mounted a pair of these hoes on the rear axle of our NAVION motorhome. (I mounted the mounting brackets on the center hub of the SS Wheel Simulators). I checked all the air pressures before heading out on a 500 mile trip. We stopped overnight about 250 miles down the road - the next morning we discovered that we had FLAT / RUINED tires on both the left and right sides of the rear axle ! We were very lucky we did not loose control of our motorhome on the Turnpike ! (We did have to purchase four new tires for the rear axle - the installed tires still had 10 K miles to run before the failure). The concept with the 80012 Product is that a stiff steel wire in the center of the extention hose can operate the Schrader Valve mounted on the tire. Apparently, this stiff wire can apply a slight amount of pressure to the Tire Valve, which will result in a significant loss of pressure as you travel.
