NB: I am Mrs Pamela Rich. My husband, Frank Elliot Rich, died Nov.'16. I am now the account holder.
If you look at your records, you will see that the colour was not correct and the garment was too small. I then (wrongly) returned it to the address on the packet. After speaking to someone at Amazon, I made it plain that I do NOT want a refund but request a swap for the larger size (large) and correct colour (blue/pink).I hope to have this matter rectified by next week.
