Worked exactly how I wanted it to.
My old suction cup mount quit working and made a mess of my windshield and wanted to mount it a different way. This thing is easy to install and it's very sturdy

Great mounts
So much better than the stupid suction or adhesive mounts given by every company.

Not bad needs a longer arm
Clamped around the stubby mirror arm on my RAV4 (has the front camera). It required the longer screws included, which made it a bit tight to work the wing nuts. Once on it holds in place very well, only problem is getting it around the sensor module. If I let it hang straight down it clears and get a good obstructed view, but then it is in my way as the driver. The arm isn't long enough to go to 90 degrees (as the camera has to hang down), so I have it at about 45 degrees, which means the camera view is partly obstructed, and it isn't so obviously in my sight lines. If it has an inch longer arm, or even better a double articulating arm, it would be a 5-start product, and I'd pay about double for it.

Had a connector that fit my camera
Not sure what to say, it works for me. Thank goodness they give you so many different types of connectors. One of them did work for my camera, so Yay!

My worst purchase ever!
This came in a opened bag with pieces strewn about. and lots and lots of them. Lots of various bits and bobs and screws and nuts and connectors.... with absolutely no clue or indication what any of them were for. There was a paper with directions.. with 4 steps... that were not clear. Basically, the directions were "Find the pieces you think you need in the bag for whatever device you have and put it together somehow and mount it to your rear view mirror." A child could have written better. Eventually I DID figure it out.. after about 4 hours of messing around trying to determine what was what and how it was supposed to work. When I finally figured it out, I determined that the only way you could attach this to your rear view mirror, was either to completely remove your review mirror or ask a toddler with 2" fingers to jam their nibs into the back of the mirror where you cant see and try to guess if you are mounting it right. You literally CANNOT see anything you are doing and the space you have to screw the wingnuts in is about 1/4" gap. Just big enough that you run out of breath and start screaming obscenities because your hunched over your belly fat with a bad back in the tiny cab of your car/truck trying to reach up and behind the rear view mirror blindly and cant figure out for the life of you what is going on back there and every time you think you are making progress you slam your thumbs into something and then a piece falls off and hits the floor and goes missing. So you spend an hour with a flashlight and a find tooth comb trying to figure out where that tiny piece went. Because G forbid they give you spare pieces. I dropped SO many pieces while trying to mount this thing and had to keep stopping to search for them that I about chucked it through the car window. All in all, this took me about 6 hours and 4 therapy sessions to get mounted.

When the suction cup stop's holding this thing works fine.
After a while the suction cups that came with my cameras started falling off, I sure do to the summer heat. I purchase these mirror brackets for 2 of my cars and I am happy with them, the cameras stay up year-round now. However, this type of bracket will not work on some cars. I have a Mercedes GLK250 an this won't work. The bracket mounting the mirror to the windshield is too short and impossible to get to. The Mercedes mirror is also very thick so a mirror clamp won't fit either.

It works!
This worked great! Holds dash cam tight with no jiggle and keeps it at a height comfortable without blocking my view
