Designed to never need replacing. The first Ionizer Plus’ were sold over 14 year ago, and they are still in service. No other water electrolyzer company can say that. Our electrolyzer contains no gimmicks such as a pH or ORP meter. Accurately and reliably measuring pH or ORP is expensive, and such devices require calibration fluids and a great deal of maintenance. Any such devices added to electrolyzers are purely for marketing purposes and add no value to the water.

SUPPLY HOSE DROOPS INTO SINK!
The metal supply hose won't stay put and continually droops into the sink where its always in the way. Continually have to raise it above our tea pots to fill them. Very annoying for something we paid top dollar for. High Tech customer service is no help at all.

Good filter but...
Filter itself is great, long-lasting, and water usually tastes better... not that taste is necessarily an indication of the efficacy of the filter.Customer service, however, leaves something to be desired.

From a MX home where pure drinking water is a requirement
We have had the AKAI for many years, it is a wonderful Ultraviolet water system and compared to the MLM type, this is extremely less expensive and results are the same compared to our tests
