A: Hello, 1-inch thick, high-density EVA foam mats can withstand ultra-heavy exercise equipment and is built for high impact. As to the time needed to deform the mats that is subject to how much they are used and how heavy the equipment will be that will sit upon the mats. Unfortunately we do not have weight statistics for any of the exercise puzzle mats at this time. Best regards.

**Q: What thickness should I get to protect hardwood floors from a heavy treadmill?**
A: Hello, We suggest either 3/4" or 1-inch mats for a very heavy treadmill. Best regards.

**Q: How big is just one box when laid out**
A: It wasn’t too big, I had to order more I ended up ordering 8 packs total for. 10’x8’ I ordered four originally thinking that was enough
